It's 1 year on with the changes that have been caused by Brexit and decided it was time to clear up some issues.

Customers have been onto us about the extra payments they have to make when the delivery arrives, even had a customers almost saying it was an Irish problem.

When we sell to the UK excluding NI we do not charge any tax/vat on the order,

When to order arrives the customer is liable for the Vat/duty at the UK rate. This is the same if you purchase from any supplier outside of the UK

You can reduce the the cost of your order by using the discount's available, you can check them in our other blog "Shinywing Discount Program" for example if your a member of the GWOCGB you can reduce the cost of your order by 7% and in turn that will reduce the vat/duty you will have to pay.

We also do a fixed postage charge the larger the order the better for you the customer.

It's been said to me that customers can purchase the items cheaper from the US and I'm sure that may be possible but if you use the full discount's available there is very little in it and in some cases we are cheaper, also we stand over every thing we sell if you have a problem with any item you purchase we will replace the item at no cost to you, Can you say that about the suppliers in the US
