At the end of 2018 we went through a bad
time and would like to apologize for our customers that were let down, we
stepped back a bit last year and have sorted out a lot of the issues that we
had, we have been listening to your feedback and are making changed. We have
updated our website which will have the stock levels live, as order’s are sent out tracking information
will be sent to the customer, our biggest compliant was with commutation, we
have installed messenger on the site and it not available when you contact us
we will get back to you, if for some reason an order is delayed we will make
contact to let you know, and much more.
